OPI 'At Your Quebec & Call' 3 coats
MIDDLE nail has 2 coats of Billie 'Black' & 2 coats of 'At Your Quebec & Call'
NO Top Coat
This was a surprise find! OPI 'At Your Quebec & Call' truly is a beautiful polish. I found this polish at a lovely beauty salon at the mall in my town. Lately, I have been lucky finding what I was looking for; this OPI polish was one of the few OPI polish's I would be willing to pay reg. price for.
On my MIDDLE nail I have 2 coats of Billie 'Black' & 2 coats of 'At Your Quebec & Call', I thought this looked perfect with just the 2 coats of black and only 1 coat of AYQ&C, so next time I wear this I will apply it over black. This polish is gorgeous on it's own - but I loooove how it looks over black.
Here is ALOT of photo's. If you are bored of all your polish's = try layering them over a coat or two of black polish or another dark color - applying polish over black can drastically change the look of polish. In these photos I am wearing Fing'rs false nails ( pic in the sidebar)

Wow, this is so weird, I JUST ordered this off ebay. And I'm happy with my purchase. =)
My friend has this one, and I love doing my nails with it when I am over~
I should definitely look into buying my own XD
Anyway you captured it VERY well. I had issues in trying to capture its true colour so I gave up~
when I have the time I should reread your post on your set up :)
Gorgeous colour - and I love the name!
Oh, come on! Now you got me lemming OPI? Not fair.
I hate this colour but it looks good on you.
Your tip about layering things over black is on the money. It really does work and gives old polishes a new dimension.
Now I REALLY want this polish! Why couldn't they have made this permanent?!?! It is so hard to find!
I wasn't sure about this at first, but now I LOVE it.
This is a favorite of mine, it's SO stunning! Looks gorgeous on you :)
That's a gorgeous colour, very unique!
I love all the varied pictures you post of you nails by the way :)
Wow, I love all your pictures. The quality is amazing and the polish layered over black is stunning!
I like this shade! It took a minute for greens to wear off on me, but I'm really starting to like them. I could definitely see myself wearing this one. It looks really pretty on you.

I feel like a rich, rich lady owning this fancy OPI polish.....
♥ Perry Pie - Thanks - This is even more nicer than I thought it would be.
♥ Rasilla - Thanks! It's a pretty one. Lucky that you have a nail polish buddy = I hope that my post about my set up helps you. It is way, waaaay to cold in my part of the country to be outside without mittens on right now - So hopefully I am doing a good job with my lighting and set-up.
♥ Delaynee - Thanks! It is a cool name. The polish for Manitoba ( where I live 0was boooooooooring.
♥ Nihrida- I am not a fan of OPI high prices here in my town, but I do think this was worth having. i have seen it for sale on a few sites for $6.00 and on other sites for $19.00....
♥ Ja - Thanks - I was surprised at how beautiful and eye-catching some 'boring' polish's I had looked when layered over black or another dark color.
♥ Gildedangel - I never thought I would see this in real life.....Make friends with beauty and nail salon employees & owners! Did you read Anois2's OPI 'My Private Jet the good holo' trade off?
♥ Tips to Toes - Thanks! I aim to make a franken with easily accessable polish close to this soon!
♥ Nicole - Thanks! I really am liking this too.
♥ Comment Deleted - Hi I wasn't sure what you wrote as it was in another language. Hopefully it was not an add for something. But if you read my blog with a translator and see this I am thankful you commented♥

♥ Adorepink - Thanks! i have learned soooo much and come so far - I am pretty proud of that. This polish layered over black I find is much prettier than without the black.
♥ PolishedPrude - Thanks! I wasn't a fan of this type of green/gold/olive until I franken-ed one a few months ago.
I just found your blog via an image search for this polish and your review and pictures are the best one I've seen. I'm so glad you mentioned wearing it over black, for some reason my bottle of Quebec takes *ages* to dry (three very thin coats, an hour and 1/2 and a coat of seche vite later and it STILL dented with a light bump) and this way it dries fairly quickly meaning I get to wear this polish a lot more often. :D
