2 coats Billie White and 3 coats of Billie Rose - no Top Coat

 Wow this is bright - The sunshine picture of this is something else! Taking photos of bright neon's and fluorescent polish's is next to impossible, they really do look their best in the shade anyway, so thats how I will photograph them from now on. 

I started with 2 coats of Billie French White, then a coat of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat and made sure it was dry. I then applied 3 thin coats of Billie Rose, which thankfully dried extremely fast. I kinda like the weird finish these Billie fluorescent polish's have when they dry; but this wont last long, hence the no top coat, I had some things to paint and fix-up so I just enjoyed this burst of colour for the afternoon only!

♥ Billie - 'Electric Yellow' ♥

I did a quickie skittles with a few other polish's because I really wanted to see how this would look on the nail... But my camera battery quit on me before I could get the great photos of this yellow polish. WOW- this is friggen bright.  I think even I would feel weird walking around in public wearing a polish this bight! As you can see from the photo above, it took alot of coats to get to this finish  (middle Finger). I did not add a quick dry top coat so I could actually get a picture of a color this bright. And so I got a few dings & dents before I could finish getting all my photos.

Photos indoors under fluorescent lighting are the most accurate photos of this polish. These Florescent & Neon Polish are way easier to photograph when { if & when }they are matte and in the shade or indoors.- I have decided that I will not drive myslef nutz trying to get quality photos in the sun of bright colors such as this.....Especially with a shiny reflective top coat. This is the 'Electric Pink' form the Billie Electric Shimmers collection.....a very bright polish. Basically I think these are just the Billie 'Neon 2' collection ( seen HERE ) with some blurple Shimmer thrown in to jazz them up. But I ain't complaining,.... I love these Billie Polish's and am always delighted when they get a new shipment at one of my favorite discount stores in my town.

Anyhoo- here is 1 million photos, 3 coats ( surprise!!!... I thought this would be 4 or 5 ) no top coat. I plan on doing some 'nail art' soon.

Billie - 'Electric Purple' & L.A. Colors 'Lollipop' = T.O.T.M-W.

2 coats = L.A. Colors 'Lollipop'
1 coat = China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat

Instead of applying 4 coats of the very pretty L.A. Colors Lollipop - I have layered it over Billie Electric Purple' and am happy to say that 5 coats of polish, plus 1 coat of China Glaze Fast Forward dried pretty fast.... Sine this is my first time using L.A. Colors, I am impressed and hope that the other 2 L.A. Colors polish I picked up on my North Dakota U.S.A. haul will dry just as fast alone & with C.G. Fast Forward. This is a sheer polish - it is not as streaky in real-life as it is in these photos.....weird.


At the end of my post is photos of my toez without the 'Lollipop'..... Just 3 coats of Billie Electric Purple, and no top coat. These Electric Shimmers for Billie Cosmetics are a Satin /Matte Finish ( and dry super-duper fast ) The L.A. Colors is very pretty - but sheer and I did not want to apply like, 4 or more coats so I layered it over the Billie 'Electric Purple'. Also I have included and adorable mini dish drainer rack photos from Canadian Tire ( a automotive/home store in Canada )
