WOW-WOW-WOW
Another drugstore stunner I overlooked. I kept passing these polish's because they didn't look like anything special to me. These have been on my 'to-buy-eventually' list for a while now. However I have seen quite a few of these swatched on the blogs & on MUA recently so I thought I should grab them so I do not have another 'Shooting Star' & 'Red Carpet' incident.
On my RING finger, I have 2 coats of NYC 'Chinatown' with 2 coats of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat, and the rest of my nails are NYC 'West Village" 2 coats with 2 coats of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat. I excited to see what I will come up with in some future frankens using these two polish's. They are extremely pigmented, apply very well and dry, super, super SUPER fast!. I have read that these are.97 cents in the USA. In Canada, these are $1.87 at Walmart - But I bought them at my local grocery store for $2.27.
In indoor lighting, I would say these are BBB = Black But Better . But in most regular lighting ie; office lighting a s well as outdoors the real color is apparent. I will definitly be getting back-ups of these two for future frankens.

Darn you gotta love this blue...now throw in some nice silvery glitters and you got a spot on dupe for Essie's Starry Night ;-)
i am not a fan of blue polish, but this one isnt bad at all. i really like how you showed so many topcoats!

I love the blues....the problem I have is that I buy these at my "local" (40 minutes away) Target store and they NEVER have it in stock. I even checked there today....who else sells this?

That shade looks amazing against your skin tone!! I have been on a blue kick lately.. And this colour makes me want to have blue nails all the time!!
