♥ Rimmel 'Green With Envy' ♥

Rimmel Green with Envy 2 coats with 1 coat of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat

The photos above and the next two are 2 coats of Rimmel Green With Envy, followed by a coat of Nailene Top Coat. I wore this polish twice this week, I had some weird application issues that I found strange. This is a very pretty colour that IS NOT GREEN, this is more of a teal shade. The shimmer in this is prominent and it looks beautiful and 'glowey' in all types of lighting.

The rest of these photos are outdoors. I re-wore this polish after my first trial & I got alot of {small} bubbles and weird application issues the second time as well. So this is 3 THIN coats followed with a coat of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat. It wasn't as bad as my first mani, but I still had some tiny bubblez!

Has anyone else had these problems with Rimmel 60 Second Polish's? Everyone else's swatches on Google search images look pretty good, so maybe it is just my application skillz, or the humidity in my region..... Oh well - it's still a pretty shade and  I will definitely not write Rimmel polish's off.....

I had exactly the same problems with this very polish! It's obviously an issue with the formula, either that or we're both bad at applying...:p

love the color of this polish. I wore it with a coat of Zoya Charla on top last week. It looked very pretty.

I love the colour but didn't have any issues about bubbling. Maybe it's the humidity issue.

Nailpolish takes FOREVER to dry here.

Humidity in Singapore is about 90% all year round.

I haven't had any problems with this and I am assuredly NOT an application-expert. So that's my two penny-worth.

This color is gorgeous on you! I don't remember having a lot of application issues, but now I want to pull out all my Rimmels and reswatch them. :-)

I don't know what it is with these types of colors, I buy them but don't wear them.

Hi! I just followed a link to your blog from somewhere else on the internet.

Anyway, I have Green with Envy too, and I've had nothing but problems with the application. I love the colour, but absolutely hate the formula. Such a shame.

I even have an older Rimmel polish that promises the same things, and it applies so much easier than GwE.
