I got nothing

Here is Shamrock Shake ~ a franken I made a while ago that I had to wear today. It is a lively minty shade that I made with blue, green, black and white..... I am busy doing crafty things and trash my manicures daily. I barely get around to doing any nail art either, because I paint my nail a new shade every second day. Thankfully I have a tonne of new-ish polish's to keep me happy.

 Any hoo - here is a few more photos of Shamrock Shake, this is 2 coats with 1 coat of Clear polish.... I had planned to do some funky nail art but it ain't happening...... I also posted photos of some older nail art stickers I found wedged in a drawer. - I think the big hearts and stars might be a little to big to fit on my nails....

♥ ... NEW N.Y.C. polish's & Wet n' Wild & other goodies

Dang that orange is Bright!

These are 4 of the new NYC in a NEW YORK COLOR MINUTE polish's that I recently found at Walmart. There are quite a few new ones, lot of the ones I did not buy are purple, mauve and pink colours. None of these polish colours are up on their website, and I cannot find any info about them...... I will definitely do a skittle & mani when the sun rises.....

These polish's are between $1.87 to $2.99 in my town at different stores. There is only 9.9 ml in the bottle, where Wet n Wild or Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear is 12 to 14 ml for $1.57 to $2.99.

The rest of my post is some new Wet n' Wilds I picked up... The Wild Shine Polish 'Black Creme' is an amazing black~ the most pigmented and opaque black I have come across. I found those mini polish's from Dollarama = I thought they would not stock them ever again. The brush is a little stiff but they are perfect for my franken polish! .........And thats my 10th box of false nails that I use for swatching my polish collection......10!

Pier 17 - a shimmery blue, (lighter than Skin Tight Denim)
Spring Street - a ridiculously bright Koi Orange
Flat Iron Green - a weird swampy green with speckles in it
Prince Street - a lovely purple that is a close match to a  mani I recently wore; Ardene Rockin Purple, just with out the shimmer.

Worst. Black. Ever. Even worse than S.A. HAN 'Black Night'..... who the 'F' wants a sheer jelly black? This will be good for some black jelly based glitter frankens in the near future. This had no name..... possible part of a Halloween collection from a long time ago

I totally thought they would never stock these again, these are water based polish's that I rinse out and POP THE BRUSH OUT OF THE CAP and wash the brush with WATER and a small amount of soap. Then I swish a small amount of acetone in JUST the bottle and let them dry overnight.

= Viola; empty franken bottles......

♥ Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure ♥

Oh my goodness, taking photos I took during of the application of Nailene paint-able false nails took me forever ===== and there is no way I will be able to write and edit a post this evening. I really wanted to knock that out before the weekend was finished!

I just need to put together a post on the nails I am wearing. Its really hard to stop and take photos - I glued my fingers to a paper towel and I will post photos of that!!!!!


So here is a bunch of Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure photos - I have had this in my home for more than 14 days and this is the first time I have worn this as a mani. This polish looks its best in weird dim lighting situations, the sunshine pictures I took are okay, but in the shade and with indoor lighting =  Dang this is sooooo pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also Wet n' Wild Black Creme from the Wild Shine Collection is friggen fabulous - you can get away with perfect 1 coat coverage!

♥ Nail Stickers & Nailene Nails Review ♥

I have bought and worn these nails before - they are a little on the short side but came in handy for all my around the house things I have been doing lately. Seriously I lasted FIVE whole days before I needed to paint my nails.... I cant survive long with out colour on my nails!!!!!!

I received this sample of Nailene nails along with a newer-to-me glue.The pink-tinted brush on glue was a little thinner then I am used to and dried super-duper fast. A little too fast for me, and I think it will take alot of practice to get used to it. I do love my regular glue and have no plans to change anytime soon, but I know this brush on glue will come in handy for when my false nails begin to 'lift' from my natural nails. The brush is on the stiff side and will easily wedge between the false nail & my natural nails.


As always these nailene nails kept their shine even with multiple TOE nail polish changes, even surviving a small acetone spill.








I am having some computer issues lately & just installed windows 7-  so my photo editing programe is all wonky. Also spammers, PLEASE STOP -I'm pretty sure that most people who read my blog don't want 'boner medicine' or to learn how to 'beat vegas casino's, okay! Thanx!

This set of Nailene Bedazzle nail stickers, seem like the most boring of the bunch, but the butterfly's & stars are really pretty, and the summery Hawaiian like flowers are actually really nice. The crystal's & pearls are pretty substantial and I am planning on adding liberal top coat to seal those suckers in when i use them.

These stars and butterfly's are very very pretty.  I'm glad there are several, becuase I will definitely use these - alot. Or I might hoard them...... The stars are really, really cool!

I think the white flowers will be pretty to dress up a basic french manicure. I like how it has a bit of a curve to it.

These were the ones I used ( the double pink flower) I think they are fun and summery AND LOOOOVE THE BLACK & ORANGE FLOWER!

This glue dries fast!!!! It dries too fast for me! I am definitely going to have to try it a few more times before I master using this. I like my regular glue, the one that comes with most nailene false nails and don't think I will be switching forever anytime soon. one thing I am going to use it for is when I have 'lifting' of my nails and need to get glue into a tiny crevice between my natural nail and my false nails.
