♥ Maybelline 'Dee-Wine ♥

~ Maybelline 'Dee Wine' 2 coats & China Glaze Fast Forward 1 coat ~

~♥~

This is a very shiny pretty polish form Maybelline..... 2 coats and dries super fast. My only complaint's are that I think the brush handle is too big, and the polish dries soooo fast that I had 'crustiness' around the neck, that I picked up and polishes into my nails. It is a lovely wine shade with shimmer, from my bargain store haul. This is an antique polish. While I think I picked up alot of these, there was a few more that I wanted to get but did not grab. And now I am thinking about those polish's........

I think I naturally have lot of yellow in my skin tone, but some of these photos make my skin look even more cartoon-ish yellow. My new plan is to do side-by-side comparisons with popular / common colors, for more perspective. And take a photo with polishes that everybody has, I looked at some polish's in the store and they did not look like what is on the blogs? This week I will be working on a montage post of all these Maybelline polishes, and will be trying out a 'collection post' in addition to how I do my posts regularly... with a million pictures!!! I hope to do this with all of my "family's" of polish

Dee-Wine is so pretty! I love old Maybelline polishes. It looks brownish indoors and more burgundy outdoors, very nice! And the mattes, love them of course!

What a pretty color, I like both the bright and dim light colors!

I love this indoors. I know what you mean, I can't wait to get my hands on some mattes! I never thought I would like them, But now I think I will love them especially those darker shades.

I can't wait to see pictures of all of your "family". I like the Maybelline, it's looking so pretty on you. I also can't wait for the matte's.

Good grief - that looks like quite a good dupe for my favourite polish of all time - OPIs Route Beer Float. SO, unsurprisingly, I love it!

~ Mary ~ Some polish's have such a drastically different appearance in different lighting, It is amazing sometimes.......

~ Kae ~ I wasn't too sure about this one in the store, I thought it would be really boring.... plain. I think it is a beauty in all lighting conditions....

~ Kitty ~ It is a very pretty rusty=rose color indoors, at first i did not like it... (hmm i say that alot ) I feel that dark shades look the coolest when matte.

~ Lucy ~ I have a family photo coming up. all my recent mattes are very pretty.

~ Helen ~ Ohhh root beer, I never even thought of that as a good description for this polish.... it is very much in the 'root beer' family of colors.
