Whispy Whatever

That big hunk of glitter on my nail above was in the bottle.... ? weird! I am calling this look 'wispy whatever'. I started with a base of a lovely franken I made using N.Y.C. East Village and clear and white, then used 2 stripe polish's to make these wispy designs. I added a coat of N.Y.C. Scandalous Blue Glitter.

 

I outlined the the area

and filled it in

 without the Scandelous blue Glitter
